WINTER $50.00 plus shipping
Yes, I did another winter album. These folio books are totally awesome! I love them and every time I get a new style of paper I want to make another one.
I know it is hard to see but this paper is full of gold and blues. The papers are glittery and embossed. It is so beautiful that I am going to keep this one for myself.  This is the front cover. Too beautiful to add embellishments. So I left it plain.

Open the folio and it looks like this. The bird tags open up to reveal places for photos. I will have to post this book again after I fill it with photos.

Open it one more time and it reveals pockets for single photos you can just back on cardstock and then pot in the pockets. Both sides of this folio are a mirror image of the other. On the right side of the page is a belly flap and that lifts up to reveal more photos.

See, flips up and holds more and you can put photos right on the flap itself. All those cool tags are made so you can put photos on the back or on both sides.

Close the flap and turn the page. Ta-da!! More places for photos and more flaps. This paper is so gorgeous and it is hard enough to cut the paper much less putting photos on it to cover it.

Even when you flip the pages open, the paper is so pretty.

At the very end of the album is a 3 page folio. Very cool. They are full pages . No flaps, pockets or anything.

So this year I joined a Tag swap on facebook. We made 6 christmas tags of any kind (basically) and then sent them in to one person who swaps them and mails them back. Totally excited to see what I get back.
These photos are the tags that I made (front and back)
To make something similar would be $5.00 /3 tags

Fall is in the Air $3.00 each
Fall is in the air and the leaves are turning the most beautiful colors.  Who doesn't love those drives through thought the wooded areas. Admiring the beautiful of the falling leaves, the hilltops in such beautiful colors, only God could have made. I was inspired to make this card. Yes it is a little bit bigger than the normal size card BUT, it is very cool. With this card you can stand it up with the zig-zag pattern or you can lay it flat.  I seriously loved making this one so much, I am definitely making so Christmas cards in the same pattern!!

Fall also means it is the start of Craft Bazaars!! YAYYYY. Here is one of the pictures I will be taking with me to my craft sale. Redeemer Lutheran Church in Wittenberg, WI. I have made 6 different pictures like this, tons of cards for fall, halloween, christmas and also every day cards. I made Mini post it boards and christmas ornaments. How fun it has been to prep for these shows. I will post some pictures when I finish them.....stay tuned!

I know it is not even Halloween yet, although my hubby is already decorating, but I am so excited for Christmas. Soooo excited for everything from Santa, presents, jingle bells and hot chocolate. Have you started any shopping, decorating, gift making yet?

Secret Garden $100.00

This is the most beautiful paper I have seen in a long time (except Christmas paper of course) I purchased this paper a while ago but had a hard time using it because I wanted just the perfect album to make out of it. This is it, this is the album. I got this idea from LMs Crafty Creations on you tube. She is brilliant and a gift to the You Tube scrapbooking world.  Here is a link to her channel.

The paper I used for this creation is Graphic 45’s Secret Garden collection.  It holds enough photos for any occasion you like.  The album is for sale at $100.00
Here is the cover. I left it plain because this paper does not need frills and bling. Its beautiful all by itself. I did put glossy accent on the key and the flower centers at the bottom. Just to add texture and make them pop a little.

When you open the book, it folds open on both sides of the album. The purple cards on the top and bottom open to reveal more space for photos or journaling. They close shut with magnets.

Then you open it again and you have the pink flaps. The outside flaps open to the right and the inside flaps open to the left.

Inside you will find purple flower paper with pockets to store more memorabilia, photos or to journal notes on. There are little booklets with adorable cards on them and plenty of tags.

Close the sides and open from the center again and you will have green flowers and a vertical belly band on each page in the center and pockets on the sides. Your photos can slide underneath the belly band and it holds them in place. The pockets are filled with more little booklets and journaling cards.

On the same page, the green flowered paper flips up on both sides to reveal a beautiful paper that is filled with words of antique gardens like; seed and grow. The yellow flowers sticker is mounted on card stock and punched out with my scallop punch. The side pockets are journaling cards I mounted on card stock (not from the collection) and made pockets out of them.

This picture is the other side of the album opening the pink flower pages to the left and to the right. It reveals the purple flower paper just like the left side.

Close that all up and open the inside next page to pretty blue paper. Each side has a horizontal belly band that will hold your photos and these two pages flip up. In the center are two built in booklets with magnetic closure.

Flip up the side papers and there are gorgeous pink flowers. More pockets with little booklets. I left the top part white so if someone wanted to journal or use a 5x7 photo it would be blank. The Secret Garden on the pockets are stickers from the collection put on card stock and placed on the paper.

When you open the inside blue pages, it becomes a brilliant yellow paper full of happy flowers and room for some serious photo collage or memorabilia

One more time and it is this wonderful bird cages and blue birds…. the greenery pops off the page. Its gorgeous.

The last pages open to the Secret Garden once again. I could not pick the pages I like best in this book. The whole book is wonderful and beautiful. If you interested in this book please email me at or leave me a comment.

Thank you for looking!

Single Page Memories

I decided I wanted to scrapbook a few pages of Christmas and Winter past. Looking out the kitchen window at mom & dads, you see the beautiful winter wonderland and one bright red cardinal perched on the bush. I think that’s a lilac tree but I do not remember. I thought it was so exciting that Carta Bella made a paper that accented that beautiful bird. I also added stickles to the birds to make them pop off the paper. Then I added rhinestones in the trees to make them sparkle.

This page was fun to create because floods of memories came rushing back from my childhood. I was 13 and my sister Melanie was 6. I remember the hat and mittens because I think I wore them every year until they wore out. The dog in the picture was Dolly. I loved her so much. She ran away one year while dad took her hunting. She never came back. This is the same paper pack as the last photo Snow Fun by Carta Bella. I added some red sequins with rhinestones on them and some red pearls at the top. The snowflakes, border, puppy and title came from the sticker pack and the chipboard pieces.

This photo is my home growing up. Isn’t it a peaceful looking picture? This paper I purchased at Hobby Lobby. It is The Paper Studio Winter Wonder Page Kit. The trees are chipboard and the title is from the sticker pack. The word “Peace” is a wood veneer that I painted white and covered in glossy accent. Then I added blue sequence and it was finished. So simple and so peaceful

This layout was the first one I made yesterday. The black and white photos of our home back in 1958 went great with the gold glitter paper and the reindeer from Pink Paislee Snow Village scrapbook kit. The title, deer and bling are all from my stash. The snow on the reindeer hooves is glitter snow but…it doesn’t look like it (disappointing but we learn from our mistakes)

The last photo here was one of my most favorite things. Being outside…sliding at George Street Park or sometimes ice skating. I remember that bulky cream-colored sweater I had. I wore it under the red vest and was toasty warm no matter how long I was outside. Then came the face wash. I am quite sure I was being sassy about something. Elizabeth Buffington and Kathleen Bednarski were the “enemy” (tee hee) At the bottom of the layout is my little sister Melanie and her orange saucer for sledding down that big hill. I can also see Renee Spear in the picture. Good times, great friends and wonderful, wonderful memories. This paper is from the paper pack called American Crafts The Color of Memories. The chipboard pieces and the snowman are from the Snow Fun Carta Bella ephemera. I added stickles to the snowman and rhinestones around him.

Black and White $25.00

This album was so fun and creative for me to make. When my sister passed away last May, we found several of these photo album collections in her home. I took them and …… you guessed it. I am making decorative photo albums from them!

Then I RIPPED out the insides……..

And threw it away!

Then I was off to make a fabulous Mini Album or 2 or 3 or….
I have Black and white and I have Brown Earth tones. Both beautiful I believe anyway!
Here is the first one.

Every other page has a pullout folio. Then folds over so you can affix 4 photos if you like.  The other pages have pockets with tags in them. Another 6 or more photos can be put on these, or journaling if you like.

This is just a few of the pages. Let me know if you like it. If you really like it, share it for me :)
Thanks so much for taking the time to look.
